Winter Weather Policy

Navigating the weather during the winter season can be challenging for window and gutter cleaning. In instances of forecasted rain, high winds, or excessively cold temperatures, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. This winter has been exceptionally cold so far and as a result, we have had to make many adjustments to our schedule. Please understand we can't control the weather and will try to reschedule your job as soon as we can.

For exterior-only clean appointments, there are mornings when it may be too cold for our services, so we recommend afternoon appointments. If you have a gutter cleaning scheduled and temperatures have been below freezing, we'll need to wait for warmer weather to ensure any frozen debris in the gutter thaw out. Due to the unpredictable nature of the winter forecast, we regret to inform you that we will not be scheduling any cleans outside of the greater Asheville area.
